Welcome to Shop-a-Website (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern how you access and use our website, digital products, and services. By purchasing or using any product, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Digital Products & Services
Shop-a-Website offers ready-made websites, templates, software tools, and digital services tailored for small and start-up businesses to launch online quickly. All products are delivered digitally; no physical items ship.
2. Ownership and Licensing
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products for your business only. Reselling, distributing, or sharing our templates, code, or software is prohibited. You may customize your website as needed. Full ownership transfers only after full payment and approval.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment options include upfront or monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions require timely payments to maintain access. Non-payment may suspend your website.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Pre-built websites take up to 7 business days post payment and required info. Custom websites follow agreed timelines in your project contract.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
As per our Refund Policy, sales are final given the digital nature. Refunds only apply for duplicate payments, non-delivery, or significant technical faults.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required content timely, ensure content ownership/licensing, and avoid unlawful or infringing materials. We may refuse or cancel services violating these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Our designs, software, graphics, and content remain our property until fully purchased.
8. Third-Party Software
We may integrate third-party tools (WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce). These are subject to their own terms, and we aren’t liable for their issues post-delivery.
9. Liability Limitation
We aren’t liable for data loss, profit loss, or issues from client edits, hosting changes, or third-party software. Liability caps at your paid amount.
10. Updates
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use post-update indicates acceptance.
11. Governing Law
South African law governs these Terms.
